TextExpander
Text Expander is one of those programs that you didn’t really know that you needed, until you get it.
TextExpander lets you instantly insert snippets of text from a repository of emails, boilerplate and other content, as you type – using a quick search or abbreviation.
I can’t imagine life without it.
Drafts
Drafts is a note taking application for Mac and iOS. However, the BIG and IMPORTANT feature of Drafts, is that it live transcribes as you dictate…and it’s REALLY good at it.

Dropbox
Dropbox was one of the first online hard drives (cloud drives) I ever found out about. To this day, it still has one of the best syncing systems available.
Dropbox is another great option for sharing files and folders, both large and small.

Asana is the project and task management tool that I use. Asana is fast and flexible. You can view your projects as a list, a kanban board, a calendar, and a timeline. The advanced search capabilities allow you to slice your task data in a myriad of ways to surface what's most relevant.
I love Asana. I think you will too.
Todoist
Todoist is a lightweight task management application. It works across all of your devices and helps keep you and your team moving in the right direction.
Todoist is also really affordable.
SimpleMind
I use SimpleMind for all of my mind mapping. It helps me to clarify and organize my thoughts.
If you're looking for a Mind Mapping tool, SimpleMind is a great choice. It's fast and offers lots of options, and it works on both PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.

Contactually was the first CRM that I fell in love with. Contactually makes keeping in touch with your network easy, and even fun. Introductions are easy with Contactually and organizing your contacts is a breeze.

Ninja Forms is 100% beginner-friendly forms plugin that allows you to build beautiful Wordpress forms without being a designer or developer.
It's super customizable, allows you to take payments and donations, and generate leads. Setup is easy and only take minutes.
Gravity Forms
I've been using Gravity Forms for years at this point. It's a REAL tough choice between Ninja Forms and Gravity Forms for me. Gravity can do just about everything and it integrates with basically everything.
So, I'm going to stay out of it. Look at both and figure out which one is your speed.
